Wedding at The Manor
Emily and Gianluc’s wedding at the Manor was a beautiful celebration of love, family, and tradition.
Emily and Gianluc’s wedding at the Manor was a beautiful celebration of love, family, and tradition. They chose to have their first look during the ceremony at St. David’s Parish church, creating a heartfelt and emotional moment in front of their loved ones. After the church service, the celebration continued at the Manor, where every detail was carefully curated to reflect their style. The Manor, located just 20 minutes north of Vaughan, offers the option to host ceremonies outdoors, adding flexibility to its stunning venue. You can check out more details on their website.
Documenting such beautiful moments was a joy, and it was hard to choose just a few favourites from this wedding! Like many of my couples, Emily and Gianluc shared why they chose the Manor as their wedding venue, what they loved about it, and the highlights of their special day. Thank you, Emily and Gianluc!
– Why did you choose the manor as your venue, and how did you like it? Would you recommend it?
We chose The Manor because we loved the airiness of the venue space created by the large windows. The view of the grounds were also beautiful and we wanted our photos taken there. We were also impressed by the staff who were so welcoming and organized. I would recommend The Manor.
– What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
Our favourite part of the wedding day was the ceremony. We chose not to see each other for a full 24 hours before the wedding day. We didn’t do a first look either. Though this is the more currently unpopular option, it was so worth it for us. Seeing each other at that moment was unbelievably special. Having our family and friends gathered there to witness it all was truly a beautiful moment.
– do you have any advice for couples who are planning their wedding?
Wedding planning is stressful, that is a fact. The advice we give which is something we did is to have date nights and spend quality time together. We would talk about everything wedding-related that needed to be discussed and then enjoy the rest of the time together without any wedding talk at all. When planning a wedding there really is so much to do but it can become overwhelming, a couple definitely needs some alone time without any wedding-related discussion.
