Toronto Island elopement

These two touched my heart. They are so fun and chill and easy going and nice….and what I love the most is that their wedding vision was a celebration with their closest friends and family. This was a very intimate ceremony non-traditional. Lee is from Scotland and Katia is from Ukraine so they had another little celebration back in Paris.

They didn’t want pictures getting ready so we just met at Harbour Centre and we went to the island by water taxi. Even though it was the beginning of September it was a rainy day. For future brides, don’t worry it that happens on your day, embrace every moment as it comes.

They had a very intimate ceremony at St. Andrew by the lake Angelical Church.

After that, we headed to the distillery district where they met more friends and had dinner at the Cluny Bistro & Boulangerie. One of their friends bought a padlock for them so now their love is locked in the there.

I also have to add that I love Lee’s kilt.
