Getting ready at the hotel just across the street, they enjoyed the convenience of having everything close by, making their day feel seamless. For their portraits, they rented the gallery’s stunning indoor spaces, beautifully adorned with artwork.

– Why did you choose the Art Gallery of Hamilton as your wedding venue, and how did you like it? Would you recommend it?
The Art Gallery of Hamilton was the first and only venue we visited – when we saw the venue in person, we immediately knew it was the one. We chose it because of the reasonable cost and convenience of holding both our ceremony and reception in the venue, the modern and artistic backdrops and galleries, and the fact that they host one wedding per day. The venue coordinators were also so helpful, receptive to our needs, and responsive. We wholeheartedly recommend the Art Gallery of Hamilton!
– What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
Our favourite part of the wedding was the reception. The food was so good (with delicious catering provided in-house by AGH), the Pavilion and Sculpture Garden were set up beautifully, and we loved connecting with our friends and family.
– do you have any advice for couples who are planning their wedding?
When choosing your vendors, find people that you vibe with! These are the people that you trust to bring your vision to reality, so it’s imperative that your energies and expectations match. We were so fortunate to have vendors who were not only talented and professional but were also people we genuinely enjoyed speaking to and working with. We never had to stress over ensuring we were on the same page, and we felt completely at ease during our wedding day knowing that we could completely trust our team.
