Caffino wedding

Intimate wedding at Caffino

Elizabeth and Mike had their intimate wedding at Caffino; an Italian restaurant located in Downtown Toronto.

Caffino restaurant is an ideal place for couples looking to celebrate an intimate wedding in downtown Toronto. Its food and unique aesthetics make it truly special. Additionally, the team is outstanding and welcoming.

In this case, Elizabeth and Mike live in Liberty Village, so the close location was a big plus for them. Elizabeth got ready at their apartment, and Mike rented one right across the street. They saw each other for the first time at the ceremony and had a delightful day surrounded by their closest ones. By the end of the day, everyone was more than ready to dance.

They have generously shared a few tips to help future couples plan their day and have let us know how much they enjoyed Caffino restaurant as their wedding venue.

– Why did you choose CAFFINO RESTAURANT as your venue, and how did you like it? Would you recommend it?

We chose Caffino because of its location in Liberty Village and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s tucked off the main street, making it quiet and intimate. We loved how cozy and quaint the interior was, and the surrounding buildings and alleyways were exactly what we wanted for our pictures.

We would definitely recommend Caffino. All of our guests enjoyed the food and appreciated that both the reception and ceremony were in one place. There are so many photo opportunities around Caffino that you really don’t need to leave the area. Plus, Caffino provides a wedding planner who was incredibly helpful on the day of, handling our decor, getting our guests to the ceremony on time, and fine-tuning the timing details of the day.

– What was your favourite part of your wedding day?

All of it of course! Sitting at dinner and being surrounded by family and friends was definitely a highlight, especially after a few years of being distanced from everyone. The day ran so smoothly with everyone’s help, we wouldn’t change a thing.

– do you have any advice for couples who are planning their wedding?

The most important thing is to avoid getting distracted by everyone’s outside opinions and focus on planning the day that you and your partner want. We had regular check-ins throughout the planning stage to make sure we were on track for the day we envisioned. We also asked a lot of questions to Cristina and our venue when we were unsure (such as planning the timing for the day, figuring out if we needed audio equipment, etc.). Being able to ask these questions made us feel confident that the day would run smoothly.
